Safety standards

A wellbeing website must make its limits clear

Public information can support understanding, but it cannot replace medical assessment, child protection or emergency care.

Public content standards

Reviewable

Health-related pages need sources, named author and reviewers, dates and revision history before publication.

Non-diagnostic

Pages describe daily-life signs and actions; they do not diagnose a young person.

Private reading

Ages 14–17 can read without registration or a teen profile. Under-14s are not direct service users.

No fear-based marketing

Urgent safety information is separated from commercial services.
