What you can do now

  1. Move to a place with safe adults or public staff
  2. Save limited information only if it is safe
  3. If a caregiver is causing the harm, tell a different safe adult
  4. Say clearly whether you fear being harmed again

  • A caregiver who is not involved in the harm
  • A teacher, school leader or counsellor
  • Police, medical or child-protection staff when needed
